Messages from the form below go to a single inbox that Marit reads herself. You can also write directly to [email protected]. Pick the card that fits and include what it asks for.
You found a mistake
Send the page address, the sentence you think is wrong and where you saw the correct version. Corrections are answered first, and the page date changes when we fix it.
You have a dialing question
Say what you dialed, what the phone did or said, and what kind of phone or plan you use. Leave out anything private, such as account numbers.
You have a privacy request
Ask to see, correct or delete what we hold. Tell us the subject line "Privacy request" and, if it concerns the logs, the rough time and page of your visit.
What we cannot do
We cannot identify who owns a number, trace a call, unblock a phone, dispute a bill with your carrier or give legal advice. For fraud, report it at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
How fast, and what we keep
We try to answer within a few working days. Messages you send are stored as described in the privacy policy. If you are writing about a number that called you, give the area code only and leave out the full number. We cannot act on a complaint about one caller, and a short note about a pattern helps us decide whether a guide needs another example.
